Power Platform MD provides professional services including, but not limited to, Microsoft Power Platform architecture, SharePoint modernization, and Dataverse solution design. All specific project deliverables, timelines, and costs shall be governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
Our solutions are architected upon the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Power Platform MD is a third-party consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Microsoft Corporation. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss due to platform outages, or changes to Microsoft's licensing models or API structures that may impact solution functionality.
The content provided on this website and during initial consultations is for educational and informational purposes only. While we specialize in HIPAA-aligned and enterprise-grade architecture, the implementation of our recommendations does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Clients are solely responsible for conducting their own legal and compliance audits.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed SOW, Power Platform MD retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary methodologies, code snippets, or architectural patterns used during the delivery of services. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables within their own organization.
In no event shall Power Platform MD be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on powerplatformmd.com or the solutions developed during a consulting engagement.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
